1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 17jili platform, including the website, any associated mobile applications, and all services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by 17jili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the 17jili Platform, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all registered players on the 17jili platform regardless of their location within the Philippines, including but not limited to players in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other provinces and municipalities.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 17jili Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party in connection with any bet or game.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of a person employed by 17jili or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously had an account with 17jili suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account with 17jili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses obtained through the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update any information that subsequently changes. 17jili reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 17jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials. You agree to notify 17jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

17jili reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 17jili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 via GCash; minimum amounts for other methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200; maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Player's account dashboard.
• Processing Time: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to one (1) business day.
• KYC Prerequisite: No withdrawal will be processed until the Player's KYC verification is complete and approved.
• Bonus Wagering: Withdrawal requests are subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with active promotions credited to the account.

17jili reserves the right to request additional documentation in connection with any withdrawal request for the purposes of anti-money laundering compliance and verification of fund ownership. Processing of the withdrawal will be suspended until such documentation is satisfactorily provided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 17jili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be claimed by a player acting as agent for another.
• Where wagering requirements apply, the full required wagering amount must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• 17jili reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal at 17jili's sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the 17jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by human dealers under real-time video streaming conditions. Game results are final once confirmed by the system and may not be reversed except in cases of documented technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game round, 17jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stake placed during that round to the Player's account balance. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves an element of chance and that 17jili makes no representation that any particular outcome will result from any bet or game. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table and are displayed within the game interface. 17jili reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 17jili Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or other competitive games.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any transaction of an illegal nature through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content or software on the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 17jili staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

17jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from the account settings dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and both temporary and permanent self-exclusion options.

Players who activate a self-exclusion will be immediately removed from all 17jili marketing communications and will not be able to reverse the exclusion within the elected period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms and the new account will be closed.

17jili operates within a PAGCOR-regulated environment and complies with all responsible gaming obligations prescribed thereunder. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use our self-exclusion tools immediately and to seek assistance from qualified support organisations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 17jili Platform — including but not limited to the 17jili brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 17jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 17jili.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 17jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond 17jili's reasonable control.

17jili's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Termination

17jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, if 17jili reasonably determines that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 17jili's support team via the live chat channel. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course subject to applicable verification requirements. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute is not resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their dispute relates to 17jili's compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions may also direct a complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution process.

13. Amendments to These Terms

17jili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 17jili will endeavour to notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to remain informed of the current version of these Terms.
